Messages Tumblr

Looks like a bug with the new tumblr ipad app or their messaging. I had four or five interesting messages from a blogger and could no longer send… Like his mailbox is full… Maybe we have to erase old messages ?

What part of don’t you understand? Isn’t it in plain English already? Why insist?

They’ve likely either deactivated/deleted their blog and it is still processing, or they disabled messaging in their settings.

This happened to me too and I m pretty sure she didn t block me except maybe by mistake…

What does it mean this tumblr can’t receive messages?

If you’re one of the millions of people who use tumblr, you might be wondering why your messages are not getting through. According to reports, tumblr is experiencing some trouble with their messaging system, and as a result, they are not able to send or receive messages from certain accounts. There is no word on when this problem will be fixed, but for now, it’s something to keep in mind if you want to make sure your tumblr messages get through!

What is Tumblr?

Tumblr is a microblogging platform that allows users to post short messages (known as “tweets”) that are automatically archived and can be searched for by date or keyword. As of May 2016, Tumblr had approximately 460 million monthly active users.

What Happened to Tumblr?

Tumblr was once one of the most popular social media platforms on the internet. But, recently, it’s been reported that Tumblr can’t receive messages. What does this mean for the platform?

It’s not clear what caused the issue, but it may have to do with Tumblr’s new security measures. Apparently, Tumblr is requiring all users to verify their accounts with a phone number or email address before they can start sending or receiving messages.

This might be a big inconvenience for some people, but it could also help ensure that Tumblr is safe from abuse. And, if security is important to you, thenTumblr is definitely worth checking out.

What Does This Mean for Users?

Tumblr announced on July 17 that they are acquiring a “ messaging technology” company, and as of August 9th, they have disabled all third-party messaging capabilities for blogs. This means that all Tumblr users will no longer be able to message each other through the blog platform.

This change has caused a lot of confusion among Tumblr users. Some are wondering why Tumblr would purchase a company that limits their messaging abilities, while others are concerned about the future of their blogs and what this means for the community.

Tumblr has not released a statement about why they made this decision or what it means for the future of their blog platform. However, some speculate that this move could be an attempt by Tumblr to increase user engagement and conversion rates through more targeted advertising. Others think that this might mean that Tumblr is preparing to shut down the blog platform completely.

Whatever the reason behind this decision, it has caused a lot of concern and confusion among Tumblr users. If you are one of them, be sure to check out our blog section for more information and advice on how to cope with this change.

Solution

Tumblr is a social networking platform that enables users to create blogs, which are then decorated with images and text. Users can also follow other blogs and receive notifications when they make new posts.

In March 2017, Tumblr announced that it was changing its messaging system in order to make it more secure. According to the company, the new system will “use two-factor authentication and asynchronous messages.” This means that Tumblr users will no longer be able to message one another directly; they will have to send messages through the blog’s account manager.

Some users of Tumblr were concerned about the change, as it would disrupt their communication network. Many people used Tumblr to communicate with friends outside of the platform, as well as with people they had met on Tumblr. The change has caused some users to move to other platforms, such as Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

Conclusion

If you’re seeing this message while trying to follow a tumblr blog, it means that the blog’s administrators have turned off messages for that account. This is usually done in order to save on costs or because the blogger no longer has time to answer messages. Occasionally, blogs will switch back to allowing messages, so keep an eye out!
